i feel i can visualize energy move around my body more and more but its like weird... its a knowing not seeing
even when i swallow supplements now its as if i can see and feel the tablet travel down my throat
even the golden thread through my body
and the energy shield
i sometimes see or feel energy glowing pure white around my body without looking
its just a knowing
as if i know my body health state internally
